I thought the location was superb, very close to the winter gardens. i enjoyed the view from my fourth-floor room facing the peace gardens. The area felt very quiet. the bed and room were very comfortable, with a huge space.

my only very slight niggle was that i found no liquid soap available at the bath.

i enjoyed the easy check in. my room was ready upon arrival. the staff were polite and told me about free spa access. my room was spacious! also, the location is AMAZING for being in the city centre.

the door closing mechanism was broken and made a BANG when i opened it. the room was cold. it seemed the hotel cut back on heating which is NOT ideal in winter.

My room was spacious. The shower had excellent water pressure. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast offered a great variety of food options. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning for another visit. The bar staff was also very friendly.

I noticed a lack of recycling bins throughout the hotel. That was a disappointment.
