the superior king room had a nice Layout. The breakfast included many choices and was very tasty. The staff was attentive at all times, I appreciate it.

excellent city stay
peace garden view comfortable bed spacious room
I thought the location was superb, very close to the winter gardens. i enjoyed the view from my fourth-floor room facing the peace gardens. The area felt very quiet. the bed and room were very comfortable, with a huge space.
my only very slight niggle was that i found no liquid soap available at the bath.

breakfast provided a lovely start to the day with a very clean area. views into the winter gardens enhanced the experience. there was also a champagne bar, though i didn't get the chance to properly experience it.

staff members were cute. and professional, something i very much value. the team seemed focused on addressing every need with efficiency. they readily answered questions and offered directions for places i wanted to find in the area.

the gym access seemed quite flexible. i had a great easy to use shower. while i didn't use the pool or spa directly, i noted that the communal areas were well kept and inviting.

easy check in polite staff amazing location broken mechanism cold room cutback on heating
i enjoyed the easy check in. my room was ready upon arrival. the staff were polite and told me about free spa access. my room was spacious! also, the location is AMAZING for being in the city centre.
the door closing mechanism was broken and made a BANG when i opened it. the room was cold. it seemed the hotel cut back on heating which is NOT ideal in winter.

spacious rooms comfortable bed friendly staff
My room was spacious. The shower had excellent water pressure. The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast offered a great variety of food options. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning for another visit. The bar staff was also very friendly.
I noticed a lack of recycling bins throughout the hotel. That was a disappointment.

The team was attentive and focused on resolving any request guests had. They answered questions and provided directions to attractions nearby. Their dedication was excellent. They clearly cared about their work.
